So which one of you 225 guys going to try out the MJMautohaus 60trim ko4 hybrid?

It keeps the ko4 turbine housing and then a 60trim chra and compressor. You need new oil and coolent lines and possibly have tomodify the tip and compressor outlet. Unfortunitly no price given. Looks more like the old 01 225 ko4-20 turbo than the 22/23 version. So the 01 and maybe 02 cars shouldnt have any problem installing it. Should be good for another 40whp w/ stock like spool and far cheaper and more realable than a eliminator. I bet you could get a 4bar and a 440 tune or lemmingwink the stock chip.

SO, WHO'S GO THE ***** TO TRY IT?

I am a real poor boy right now myself. Still looking for that new job right out of college.

No price is given, my best guess would be ~$800-900 since both turbos together are $700-800 by themselves. You need to email them for a price i guess.

I really think this would be a nice daily for someone not wanting a full 2871r kit or eliminator from ATP (another terrible product).

I have been waiting for something like this. I used to have a Eclipse GST Spyder and dropped in a Forced Performance Big T28...direct bolt on turbo, loved the results. I was wishing for a direct swap like this to come about. Took me about a 4 hour install on the eclipse...this looks to be a little toughter due to the engine layout.

800-900$ dosen't sound bad, I'd be all over it if I had a job... hopefully in the next 6 months I can invest in it

That is a total guess. You need to add in the money for new oil and coolent lines also ($150-200 for stainless, under $100 for aeroquip high temp hose and fittings) But a for $1k and a 4bar it should be able to handle 18-20psi and 300-320bhp. With a tune it should put it 320-350bhp range on 22-24psi.

I dont even have a 225 and would like to see someone try this setup

Hmm if its around 1000 and direct bolt in? Ill buy ity tomarrow .... The link you have just goes to pics.... ill have to email the company to ask exact questions... and if its the same size as the k04-20 theres no more air coming in or out then stock... whats the difference efficiency? I guess you could almost keep the stock injectors and if its got better internals why not crank it to 25-27 psi
