Congrats on the install, man. Couple questions-- why bright green caliper paint? That, and exposed blue lower intercooler hoses? Where's the continuity? I guess, to each his own. Install looked rather painless, as did the headlight housing painting.. good job on that.

errr blah - forgot his was the 225 =P har har
Brightens my day though to see the In/out P/S intercooler - After I saw my side mount one my jaw dropped thinking ehhh....no way is this tiny thing in the 90% Effeciency range.
I'll check out tcarbon actually right now while it's on my mind

maybe if you had a 150hp pushing 7psi. If you run 15+psi that thing is beyond heat soaked in a couple hard pulls.

Well... originally I was shooting for a lime green and white trim setup... however... the more i got into it... the more i realized how hard green hosing is to come by. Particularly when Im at an apo getting parts. Now, I'm leaning more to a green and silver setup and I'm getting flex-paint to repaint all the hoses silver.

I say stick with the British-Racing green! It has that classy, English sports-car, Jaguar, kinda feel... Plus it downplays the fact that you have major ponies under the hood and lets you walk away with more pinks[sm=proof.gif]...

That silver (if done in moderation) will look pretty ****!!!!

Yes, whenever I get free time... I'm getting some Krylon for plastics or equivalent to paint them with. Its basically a paint that allows for some flex without cracking. those silicone tubes don't move a whole lot so you really dont have to worry much about cracking... but I'll go with that just in case. Maybe I'll just go dark green or silver and keep it consistent. -shrugs-

Yes it will the turbo will heat the air up hotter than 100 degrees so the intercooler will cool it down. IE: air 70deg thru the turbo is 120 lets say...100degree thru the turbo will be 130degree lets say, either or the fmic is going to help reduce air intake temps. I think this is right, if its wrong someone correct me please.
