is there anyway i could find out the first owner?

ii called them and they said they couldnt do it by vin. they said i have to buy it again? i need the name of the previous owner to purchase it
They can too by vin everytime i call them they ask me my vin....Give them your vin anyways and tell them to try...might have to email them rather than call its up to you...

With the identity laws being so strictly inforced nowadays I doubt you will get anywhere...even if you knew a police officer and could run the VIN through NCIC it would only give you the present owner. I know this because I was once a PCO, in a lifetime ago.

AND, since the first owner was a lease, the title was never in their hand, that makes it even harderbecause theowner on thetitle was probably the leasing bank...

You know what, now that I think about it... I can only specifically recall one address with 100% certainity.
I can't help but to wonder if that's because the car had not yet been sold...

I do however know for a fact the information from at least one of my cars previous owners is on the report the dealer gave me...
If I can find it, I'll let you know where to look. No guarantee I'll find it though.
