covers - duplicolor or krylon is fine.

calipers - just get some of the paint made for them.

I used Duplicolor brush on kit for the calipers, worked well, AutoZone or Advanced $20. The paint levels out nicely and has ceramics for the heat. Comes with a small can of paint, brake cleaner and cheesy (flux) brush.

I'm thinking of Krylon Fusion (made for plastics) for the covers.

Either way, grease-free surface holds the paint.
