Thoughts on Intercooler Kit
Yes, I know it is another 'will this eBay part for a Mark 4 fit my TT' question. But, the thing of it is, this kit is really nice. I have seen it in use on a Beetle and Mk 4 GTI with great sucess. I know it may (i.e. it will) need some tweaks to fit the TT bumper, but the piping is very well thought out and the kit is cheap. I know the core will have a marginal efficiency rating, but I would rather have 50 degree colder air with a 2psi pressure drop than hot air at 21psi. The only slight problem is a mount for the MAP sensor though...

I think I have my solution... this kit from a company uses the stock TT crossover pipe found on the TT and a few simple bends rather than routing over the top like the Godspeed kit.
I think I may try to make this with a custom exhaust shop and a 6" high core on the stock bumper.

Brackets for the intercooler are easy to make you have a few different holes you can use for them I made mine with a drill and a pair of pliers to bend the metal if I had better tools I could even make pretty ones
