Has anyone gotten money yet from audi due to the settlement?

 

Did it get approved?

The case was supposed to be heard this month, but i'm fuzzy on the details.

 

And also guys please if it does go through, don't post bragging about what you got from the settlement, how you cheated the system, or any other **** like that... If you need to, do it through PM please.

Judging from the talk that has come up already I can see people waiting to jump up and down and incriminate themselves. Be smart, other people read these boards too.

 

figured it out. Here is the info if anyone else is wondering the same thing.

The Court has scheduled a hearing on November 3, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. to consider final approval of the Settlement.

 

Is this "consideration" regarding the class action settlement or some individual case?
