Default Timing belt view

Ok those stimulus checks should be coming out next month. I'm not sure if my previous owner changed the timing belt, tensioner, water pump, etc etc. So is there a way i can check to see if it was done. Maybe by taking of my passenger side wheel and wheel well? I would hate to do something twice when i could upgrade something else. Like a nice DP! Thanks in advance and sorry if it has recently been posted.

THere really anyway to check for a 100% answer. You can check for a loose belt (tensioner) or a worn belt (also check teeth). But like said, no way of being 100%.

What is the best way to look at the belt and tensioner?

Just pull the cover off and look/tug the belt.
