Man I don't trust the jack that comes with the car especially if I were to ever be underneath of the car with that thing. It seems to be for emergency purposes only. The whole design of the thing just doesn't look safe.

From what I understand these cars are simple compared to a 928s LOL.

I got mine done for $550 parts and labor included!

- Mind you I paid a shop in a VERY small town. - Parts were just over $215

Also got my my clutch/fly wheel/starter replaced for $650 including parts and labor.


mwa haha! - I lucked in.

The jack looks unstable, but its never failed me, and I've used it on somewhat uneven frozen ground, and on an epoxy floor, which are friggen slippery as hell. Plus, if you're under the car, you really should have something other than a jack holding the car up, thats what the wood blocks are for.
