the backseat is taken out for the amps...dunno if that's a good thing or not....

it looks nice but like the others said the 3.2 is kinda hard to get anything out of it with out spending some cash. i would rather had a 6 speed also and the back seats are pretty much useless unless u have somebody with no legs...haha! i pick up my 02 225 from cali (im in az) with 31k for 18000 and it was clean. so u would be saving a lot of also with the 225

Now I havent seen the inside of a 3.2 but Im pretty sure those arent the real back seats are they? I think they kinda take away from the overall style of the TT.

I'm puzzled how can you be considering 2 cars at opposite ends of the price spectrum; one's is mildly wrecked, the other is basically like new. If you don't plan on spending tons of money doing mods, then just buy the 3.2, if you really want the DSG. Have you driven a DSG?

I've never driven a DSG before and I never really plan to do crazy mod on my car. I guess the first order of business is go test drive a new audi with DSG!
