Default Sway bars ... give me the skinny

In the following article:
http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2858460

The author gives an order of suggested upgrades for the TT and one of them is a mention of rear sway bars only and not the mention of the fronts. Is this on purpose or should I do both the front and rear?

Also, what are the brands/cheapest sites to purchase from?

all going to run close in cost, unless you get both front and rear same time. awe-tuning.com i think has both for once.

anywho, if your only going to do 1, do rear. however, front is still a great mod to do, but the install is tedous.

25mm front and 22 rear i think would be the way to go.

right now im sitting on coilovers and will throw in sways as soon as i get the money

People do the rear to reduce understeer and if stiff enough, create overstear.

The thread mentions the 28mm bar without doing a front.
Wouldn't that create a shedload of off-throttle oversteer?
I always heard if you're doing the back only, use the 19mm.

You guys do realize that you are looking at a MKIV forum which is a 2000+ Jetta and Gti right? FWD cars need a much larger diam swap bar to help eliminate the massive understeer unlike an awd car
