TT Tint tricks??
ORIGINAL: Vorais
If so, then yes he will want to manuallyflick the latches to reraise the windows before he tints. If he doesn't you will end up with a 1/2" or so gap at the bottom of your windows.

haha i sure hopes he sees that post... about the tinter reraising the windows...
not to ruin the thread or anything, but when i get goin like 55mph it sounds like my window is cracked and really isnt... the window sits a little low as in it doesnt push up against the weather strip... is there any way i can make this sound go away?

Actually I was wondering both from the tinters perspective and my perspective. How do you trick that switch? Is it just where the door jam is? or what tricks the switch exactly.. i suppose i can play with it tomorrow and try and figure it out. Thank you
on my carI don't have that prob... when the top is down, the window doesn't need to go down 1/2" when opening... soI just tint it with the top down...
...
(sorry i just love my convertible car i had to say that)[sm=signs003.gif]

I would've bought the convertable, but I already have a convertable for the summer. This TT quattro is my "winter car"...lol. Although by most peoples' standards at age 23 this is not considered a winter car for most people...lol. Working 4 jobs allows me to be where I'm at.
it doesn't snow where i'm at... but it does 200miles from here, up in the mountains... I always use to envy the sti guys playing in the snow and listening to their engines reving, never tried it, i will in november...
