Default Urgent help: Window mechanism

Does anyone know how to wind the pulley cable back onto the motor wheel.
I took the motor off and the pulley wheel came off too. I've try on 3 different day to get the cable back on without success.

The car is in bits again with rain approaching....

Please help?

Does the Bentley manual say anything?

Which way does the pulley wheel fit into the holder?, is the concaved part facing the motor or away?

Any help would be great?
I've tiewrapped the spring loader so I have maximum cable length but still can't get it to fit in. There must be a technique??????

Yeah its a pretty common problem. YOu really have to be carefull taking off the motor because the pully likes to come with it. And once its out its pretty much junk.

next time get a flat tip screw driver and pull the motor out a little bit and pop the regulator piece back off the gear. regulator is junk now.
