If he is only going for a look, would you suggest sending a grand on an exhaust that doesn't add anything except for weight? Personally I don't think either option is good, but out of the 2 given I figured the fake would be the better choice. It is really up to him though. (heh, and hope you don't take it personally, it's Monday, I'm in an argumentative mood.)

2.5" exhaust vs a fake tip, i still would rather have the real exhaust than a fake tip... what next the fake bov noise?

Thanks bros for not whipping me into ultimate pain...the vanity tip is sooo rediculous ...kinda like a toupe'
I couldn't find a dual exhaust for the FWD and this got some answers. Darren @ Streetwerke in Palo Alto also thought the Miltek might gain 5 hp....that's it...useless for the buck..... anyways it's always fun roll'n in my TT...and thanks...definitely interesting!

When you said norcal, I woulda thought you were a little farther up the coast. I lived in Arcata for a couple of years. Now thats Norcal! In the freakin middle of nowhere. I bet you like drivin up the 101 with all those twisties.

first off....PLEASE TYPE IN NORMAL FONT AND COLOR!

you can always have a custom dual made if you wish, be more funtional, gain more hp,and cost far less.

[:'(]Thanks Cincy TT
Be cool and ease up on the bully stuff..I'm just a newbie here trying to find my way home.
I'm new to the TT and I've just started the process. My ride has only been chipped ....exhaust obviously becoming a detour .... After this I might just stop here and wait for a 2.0...Tested two already and they are awesome...Problem though is I can't leave my 1.8..she's too pretty and young in her Moro Blue ...and she's
a lot of fun.
