I was told that insurance would probably not total it out on this one, no one was hurt, no one else involved, other than paying the deductible, and possibly raised rates over the next three years, I think I'm lucky. Looking back on that the car was actually traveling 60-65 mph instead of 45-50.

Insurance estimated damage at $6k, the car will not be totalled out which I was pretty sure it wouldn't. Now just have to wait for the car to be fixed. Thankfully this mishap can be put behind me pretty soon (hopefully.)
