Like i said, it scavanges for gas down there. If you are confident the pump is working and there just isnt fuel pressure, you could add in more fuel. But keep in mind that it would make life hard if it wasnt installed correctly
honestly, i would just go back to stock and just wait. what you are running isnt going to tax the stock one to much until you can get an inline

Stock is 3 bar which should be what your injectors require.
And for the love of the Audi gods don't use a $400 tune...something like Revo is only $300 more and works much better (not saying that Revo's is that great but it's better than cheap software).
I helped a guy build a BT setup and he kept trying to cut corners...one of them was with his software. His dyno plot sucked incredibly.
