Wishing you were smaller...if its a height thing....you do know that the seats can be lowered or raised right? The lever is on the outer side of each seat. Easiest to do when sitting in the seat IMHO.

LOL The first time I sat in it I was like "No way" I had to duck to see the stop lights...but I found that lever and it lowered me a bunch and I was diggin it.. As far as the leg hitting that support go.. My foot rests on the throttle and the knee hits that bar and just rests on it. I may look into making a new brace that only uses the front part to support the dash, then that will leave the front part clear. I can make em out of aluminum and even put some machined features into them to make em look stock... When it gets a tad warmer out I may do that...

why can't you just remove the drivers side support and leave teh passenger side on?

because thats too easy. My first thought when he complained about them was to modify/replace the bracket, only later did i think of just removing the drivers side.
