wow, so I guess I'm gonna keep giving it mobile 1. Another question is how often to change it. I do it every 3k (cuz I drive it pretty hard)

i use mobile 1 0-40... the bottle said made for european cars!!

I use castro GTX now. I just switch from mobile one after many mechanics calling mobile one junk. Their was recently a independent test that also proved other oils better then mobile one.

Mobil 1 0w-40 exceeds performance standards and is recommended by Audi. So I doubt that these mechanics know more about oil than the car manufacturer. In any case, mobil 1 is not "junk" and will work fine. Of course there are better oils out there, especially if you are willing to pay for them. hey im just goin off wat the guys at Audi told me, and thats what it says on the bottle, god help me if that is the totally wrong formula for my car.... hell, they already told me that they had no idea why my car had an OEM nav, they said Audi didnt put them in our cars in 2001, but mine was sittin right ther in front of him.
