Its pretty grimey. I had a mild soap and water mix today that did NOTHING. Pic for reference. The manifold is circled (but not for you guys) I had sent it to someone else also.

Its gonna look like that unless you sand and polish it or paint/powder coat it.

Try Simple Green and a stiff brush

yeah a stiff brush will work wonders, i did it to mine and it came out great.

maybe a wire brush with simple green... and then try some polish like never dull and some ****** elbow greese...

Simple Green works great, if that wont get it out then I dunno what will, what is baked on there???

Try using an MEK paste mixture. then make sure you put some protectant on afterword to prevent corrosion,
