Default What kind of gains?

Hey just wondering mainly if cincy would know, with my current BT setup, what kind of gains/benefits would i see by installing a FMIC and SEM Intake Manifold? Trying to decide if i should spend that cash on rods, or stroker kit. and what kind of gains from a 2.2L stroker kit with 100mm Crank

if you have any turbo, you'll see gains from an intercooler upgrade (I really hope you're not running stock IC's). That should be waaaaay higher on the list of things to do. At least way above upgrading internals.

will running a big core on the stock turbo promote a lot of lag in this car, or are the 'big' cores small enough to where it doesn't matter?

A manifold with gasket matched small port head on your setup should be worth 30+ bhp. A fmic is badly needed on your setup. SHould gain some psi also since the stocks are really restrictive.

No need to stroke your motor. Spend the money on rods and leave the engine be. If you really want to stroke it, 2L is more than enough.

ok cincy, so say i buy the FMIC and Manifold, will i have to do anything to make that SEM Mani connect up to my head after replacing the stock one? Or will i just need a new gasket and or should it come with one or can i just buy one of those new plenum spacer gaskets?

The manifold of a 225 is a strait swap. SHould just have to reangle the TB hose some. No need for a spacer. If you get a small port SEM it will bolt right up w/o issue. Some places sell a gasket with it, if not, they should have them on the site. Hit me up one audifreaks, might be able to help you out with your fmic shopping on there
