the cai gains 1-2hp, not worth it. You want a chip to increase boost to ~20psi to wake the car up. Yes, you can use a bov if you really want. Your best option is a forge004, not really to many out there that work well with the stock ecu. As for headlights, his are like mine, stock with the reflector removed and painted to match

all you need is some dupli color match paint, some bondo, sandpaper and sealent and of course, about 2-3hours. There are a few howtos floating around.

oh thanks for letting me know about the CAI CincyTT, but im not really getting it for the HP, i read in consumer report that the earlier TTs dont have that great of a cooling system or something so i was gonna get the CAI to help that, i dont know though, do you know anything about that?

 

its not the intake, its the 180's have a singel smic. the 225's have dual smic's. It will lower the temps a little better. They cool fine for stock psi

 

i;ve never heard of the 1.8t having cooling issues but a nice alum radiator would be sweet
