Ever since I got back from the desert my remote will not work on my car, I tried to change out the batteries and re-key the remote thru vag-com but it will still not work. The only thing I can think of is that the batteries may of gotten changed out while I was gone, and I was just wondering what size everyone else has in their remote thanks guys!

 

CR1620. 4.99 per @ radio shack, each key fob takes 2. My remote had some issues after it went through a wash cycle with my laundry but some new batteries and a reprogram fixed that. (not Vag-com but the procedure in the manual to "learn" a remote) HTH

 

Yea those are the ones that I got and I tried to do what the manual says also....I dunno
