Woot correction. I found it :-P I had to go about 6" Towards the firewall and found Another 4 pin connector. As it turns out mines a blue sensor.

 

should people get the green sensor anyway?

 

Check out ECStuning.com and take a look. If it were me, I would def stick with what color it recommends, just to be on the safe side. That way you wouldnt be getting faulty readings, if putting the wrong color in there would do that.

 

ok so i looked at ecs and it said if i had the black one i should go with the green one.. however, i havent looked yet and im here at work for another 7 hours so... If i do go out and discover the black on ill be getting a green one thanks Anos for the post

So, it definitley was the Coolant Temp sensor. Got the new one from ECStuning today - took all of a minute to install - chilled the engine in the garage to stone cold - fired up 100%

Makes me happy since o2 Sensors are Not cheap atm - nor fun to replace =P
