toss up between snow performance stage 2 and devils own stage 2. Comes down to the personal preferance.

they are saying with the stage 2 from snow they dyno'd a mustang and it got 100 hp to the wheels at 17psi? that crazy. what could it be for our car?

that made no sense. A stage 2 kit on a stock turbo will net you around 20-30whp after timing/boost is maximzed.

so I would assume you would need tuning software to adjust timing and have to tune it on a dyno, yes/no?

Lemmingwinks to add timing and vag graphs to monitor timing pull and overall timing/rpms
