You already have a front sway AND strut bar, you wont notice its gone

ok well my car is all put back together now so its fine where it is but i will look at it more when it warmer out. If it a crossover pipe for the intercooler why would that give any structural rigidity?

it ties the front of your frame rails together, so yes, IMO its a factor in structural rigidity.

Might not hurt anything taking it off, but it certainly doesn't hurt anything leaving it on.
