Default Wheel Interchangeability

Posted this in the wheels and tires section but got no response . Maybe someone here would know. I have a 2002 TT quattro and was wondering if wheels with winter tires from a 2011 TTS would fit. They are slightly used and for a good price. Just want to see if they would fit my car. They are the stock size of the 2011 TTS. Wondering if the bolt pattern is the same, offset, ect..

Thanks,

Zoe

Not without adapters. Your stock wheels are 5x100 bolt pattern. And I believe the 2011 are 5x112. Running adapters isnt a big deal. Find out for sure what the bolt pattern is, then buy the appropriate adapters. And the reason you arent gettting any responses is because this forum is dead, and has been for a few years now. The more acctive forums are vwvortex, ttfourm UK. Audizine is another one, but they are slow also.

warranty225cpe, thanks much. I was wondering why I was getting slow/no answers to questions. Thanks for letting me know about the other sites. I will link up with those!

Thanks again!

Zoe

PS - Really like your car! Same color scheme as I had on my 350Z before I got the TT. Hopefully the TT is better in the snow coming up then the 350Z was. The main reason for getting it.

Thanks man, and not a problem. Youll find a lot more info and help on vortex. Start off by introducing yourself here..

VWVortex.com - "The TT Roll call thread"

You will get MUCH better snow performance out of the TT.
