Default wheel spacers and bolts

i bought some wheels intended for winter use but i think im going to keep them on... theyre 32mm though so they have zero clearance from the brake and sit way to far in on the car so im looking to move them out at least to 40mm maybe more. i really want them to be flush with the body and possibly stagger them if need be... anyways what are some cheaper spacers that i can get that will work well and will i need to get longer bolts again? i had to get some tuner bolts with the wheels and they are a bit longer but do i need to get some really long ones or something? imma newb so help plz thnx!
