Default Spacers and Lug Bolts

So this could be a really stupid question. I need to ask though because I'm second guessing myself.

If I put a 15mm spacer on is it safe to assume by lug bolts need to be 15mm longer?

What length lug bolts correspond to what width spacers?

is my question really so stupid it doesn't justify an answer?

maybe I should talk about N75, Camaros, FMIC, or MBC. thenI'll get a response. [8D]
