thanks for the input so far. i've found some pretty good prices and am seriously considering ordering them. my only concern now is if they are wide enough to give any performance benefits over my factory 17s.

On awd does the tire have to be the exact same size all around or just the same height? Because I would like to have wider tires in the back.

So could I go with like 18x8 or 18x8.5in the front and 18x9 in the back??

5zigen's are high quality and usually light weight
fat fives are 21lbs
for a staggard setup, the tires have to be almost the same, withen a cartain percent (blown knows i think)

I found it, it says they can't be more than a five percent difference in circumference.

Is it hard to get a tire wider but the same height?

also i like the look of the FlikWasphowever the offset is 33, can i run those w/o spacers? I can get the Wasps for about $350 less than the 5zigens with the same tires. Any suggestions on what i should do?

Stock Audi Wheel offset is 32.. I just put 18x8 with 35 offset on mine.

Spacers will give you a wider stance.

wider rear tires will uncrease understeer, just so you know...
