Thank you cincy, and on that note people in Jersey can't drive!
I cannot count how many times I've been cut off by someone going from the far left lane to a jug-handle, and that was just today!!
Hell even NYC taxi drivers abide by the rules of the road.

Any city in Florida for the following reasons:
1. Old people. There are just so many of them it's ridiculous. Plus, they all drive really big cars so that even though they are 10 under the limit they still carry a higher momentum into the crash. When growing up in DC I thought the only reason a Crown Vic was still produced by Ford was because most Police Departments use them. In Florida it is the number selling car.
2. Donks: These are large American cars with 28" rims and lift kits that jack the car up like a monster truck, usually lifted less in the rear as to give the car a swaggering appearance, or just look stupid. They can't be driven safely at highway speeds so therefore they too are driven at the same speed as the old fogies. Plus you don't want to get tagged for speeding when you got a bunch of meth in the trunk.
3. Pickups: Every redneck with his dual exhaust on his pickup feels the need to race you all over town to try to show your prettyboy car whose boss. these guys were fun to mess with at first but now are simply annoying.
4. Lack of traffic. Because most of these drivers are not accustomed to operation in high traffic they seem to take no effort to scan for other drivers therefore they just loollygag around and then get really offended when you honk at them for nearly hitting your car.
Well I'm glad to have gotten that off my chest.

ATL, period. See people that are from Ga are fine. but these days there are so many people from other states moving here that we get bad drivers from all 50 states, including hawaii. lol . drivers Here are so involved wt=ith talking on the cell, drinking coffee or just dumass alltogether that we have the worst drivers. but idk FL might be a tie with the dumb old drivers and all the tourists from my state(ga)
