Yes they should, but I would not buy from anyone that can't type with capitals or in a clear and concise manner.

haha I hear ya, I was just wondering because I thought 8.5' was the width max we could run, they are listed as 9.5" and offset says 6, six waht haha, inches? that makes no sense to me

I didn't look at the pictures closely to see if those tires are stretched. They should be for 8.5in though.
