Window Problem
I stepped out the car and raised the windows to go into the store. 10 minutes later when I'm about to leave, I lower the windows and only the driver side went down. When I hit the switch, I can hear a faint click so I'm assuming it's the window motor. Any thoughts?
Also, do any of the VW window motors fit the TT?

Local Audi mechanic at the NORTH TEXAS AUDI GROUP, said "It is the window regulator, the motors are solid"
So, I'll be checking both over the weekend. Hopefully it's the regulator since that's even cheaper ($170).

I think you should be able to get cheaper ($145?) for a passenger side regulator (they fail less often because they are used less often then driver side and so there is less demand).
My driver side has a similar problem. Upon inspection, the plastic connector that attaches the cable to the take up reel was cracked causing the cable to slip snarl and snag. Apparently the only way to fix is to replace the entire regulator.
Unless, is there such a thing as a TT window regulator repair kit?
