Default XM Problem

I have SAT that came w/my 05 TT. I am not getting the signal that XM is sending to my car. I have been to my Audi dealer and they checked everything out and they say that everything is ok on their end. While I waited the dealer tried to contact XM but they were put on hold and never got through. I now requested that XM "talk" to my dealer's service mgr. to try to remedy this problem that is getting very frustrating. Now XM has the dealer's number and I hope they can solve this problem. Who do you think is responsible for this???? TIA

Most likly its XM and the issue being they havent setup your account yet. How long ago did you purchase your TT?

I pick up the car July 29th but just started trying to activate XM about a week and a half ago. Spoke to a CSR again tonight, Tuesday, the 27th, and I said that the next time that I have to call them I want to speak directly to a tech. Whatever signal they are trying to send to the car is not activating the radio. I will call them everyday if I have to. They will get tired of me before I get tired of calling them....
