The last 3 tickets I have gotten here in PA all were 20 mph over the limit. For some reason, all three of them I got "Failure to observe a traffic control device." No points, and the highest fine was $127. I found that if you dont give them any **** and you joke with them they go easy on ya. None of them were state cops though. When I went to daytona, i got 5 tickets in less that 48 hours for the gayest crap. My friend got pulled over and it turned out he had a suspended license. I did not know tis, but they gave me a mistermeaner for allowing an unarthourized driver to drive....and it was his car. I was suppost to show up at court, but i live 16 hours away. I settled out of court by pleading no contest and paying over $300 in fines and court costs. BULLSHIT! I researched the law, it is stated that it pertains to people who allow underage peopel to drive. That spring break cost me over 600 dollars in fines, and the only thing I did wrong was have a PA plate.

I think you should ask for his badge and report him for being unprofessional.

well i have his badge... i think its on the ticket, and ill see him in court anyway... it would be kinda stupid to take action though i think, because he is a cop, but no doubt im going to let him know that i dont appreciate him going around talking about how he pulled me over especially to the people i work with...

Ok, this was just plain stupidity racing my friend's 530i. 113 in a 65 on R287. My friend said after I met up with him later if I kept going I would have gotten away since the cop went for him instead. Now I own a V1 & havn't had a ticket since, then again I've clamed down my speeding habits after my 6 hour course.

First off. Fight it. You can get your points reduced. ect ect. I think a ticket like that cost me about 150 bucks. 55 in a 25 lol
