a friend of mine is selling his stock rims from his 07 a4. if i to buy them off of him, would i have to get my car lowered? they should fit my car i am guessing (i dont know much about cars) but the bolt pattern is 5x112 and the width is 7.5j

 

They're they same bolt pattern and size, unless he has the titanium package which has 18" rims... In which case your car would sit just a little high....

 

Yes. Lower your care. I got 18' on my ride and it looked like a monster truck. I threw the Eibach Pro Kit on it and it sits pretty. I would highly recommend getting your car lowered if you buy 18' + rims.
