Hi I have 97 a4 b5 1.8t quattro manual, had been sitting for some time put fresh fuel and battery but wouldn't start, every now and then will fire slightly but not go, and being a bit impatient and annoyed decided to tow start it in 2nd and 3rd with no results HOWEVER!! the front wheels decided to lock up completely even in neutral won't roll, doesnt matter what gear its in with or without clutch you can turn the key cranking the motor, anyone able to help?

 

Leave a lot of space between you and the car in front of you. Usually (unless it's dead stop traffic) you can time it so you never have to stop, and you can just cruise at a slow pace all the way to work. Driving a stick in traffic isn't difficult once you get comfortable with the manual transmission, it just takes a little more attention while snaptube vidmate driving.
