Are those 18's or 19's? Lowered?

I'm really going for this as an end result, I know its lowered but not sure if there 18's or 19's

 

I'll tag along here since I've posted a question in wheels and tires and no one responded. I have a 1998 quattro a4, COMPLETELY STOCK!!!I want to go 17 or 18s, but DONT want to lower it cuz I live at 10,600 feet in colorado ski country (it snows here in JULY AND September sometimes!!!), so don't want to lower it...would 17s or 18s look COOLER!!! I'm not a TIRE guy, just a humble mechanic....

 

makes your car look funny cause with the bigger wheels itll probably bting your car up a bit. mines stock as well i have some 17s i tried them on and decided i keep stock till i lower since my car went up about an inch haha

 

Thanks brotha...that's what I thought when I measured...it goes up .5 inches, depending on tire all the way around, so yea, 18s would look funny....so, I'll just get some 16s (stock on mine) that look good...thanks.

so, besides sandblasting these OEM rims I have to paint them BLACK, you know any really good ACID based cleaner....hahahahahaha....

 

b5 audi - On the red one how much do you have it lowered? and are those replica rs4 rims?

 

airplane stripper/ lol or brake fluid is pretty good at ruining finishes you can paint them any color will just take a hell of sanding

not my car just giving ideas but that laser red s5 is pretty low so i cant say since i dont know any info on it sorry

 

i'll let go of my b5 avus 17's(5 painted black) that need new tires for 400 + shipping if anyone wants them..... pm me
