Need Help with an Audi A4 1.8T It started with a hard cold start. I have replaced the obvious things like the ECT and AIT sensors. Now it fails to start or if it does the throttle does not respond at all. Scanned it with shareware VAG-Com and got P1338 open short to B+ code. Replaced the CPS ans STILL no start and same code. Still spits and sputters wanting to start but wont. Scanned it with Lemmiwinks and I get a timeout error, channel 9, ignition timing, bad response from ECU. Checked and cleaned all wires from CPS to ECU and still the same P1338 code. I am at my wits end. The car started and ran fine when it was warm out. My next move may be a ECU but was looking for expert advice before making that kind of investment. Thanks
