So I searched a bunch of threads, and I think I found a bunch of info, I just am hoping everyone can put all the info into one place, I started getting lost. So I own a 1999 A4 B5 2.8L 30V Quattro. Has 109k on it.
I Reprogrammed my 2 key fobs, the lights blink, the alarm sounds.
The doors do not lock or unlock
When I use my key in the door only the driver door unlocks, and the Windows will go up or down, but none of the other doors or trunk lock or unlock. The trunk will not lock or unlock with the key in it either. The lock and unlock buttons inside the car do nothing either.

I am assuming it's the central locking system but any ideas would be greatly appreciated. It's a bit chilly out to be working on the car in the driveway and I have limited garage use. Please help, and thank you before hand.

 

Yep sounds like your central locking pump. They go bad at the drop of a hat.

Not super cheap to replace but you can find a few on ebay that work (that's where I've got mine).

Only take a few minutes to replace, but make sure you get the correct version, there's a few.

 

Ok cool, thanks for the response. That will be the next purchase after I'm done with the inner and outer tie rod ends and the alignment

 

Bought the upgraded pump off of eBay, installed in about 10 minutes including resetting my fobs. Works mint now.
