Just so you know, you should start your own thread instead of taking on to another. For a lot of reasons but probably few people saw your post.
At any rate, check and see if your state has lemon laws. I live in MN and when a dealer sells a car, you can take it back 3 times to fix a problem and if they can't you can make them take it back. Check the DMV website of your state and see if you have a lemon law.
