how realistic of a switch is it?

it's really easy, just set it up in the trunk and use both motors.

you will prob beat the tiberon that has dual motors "AWD" but idk about beating that TT

LOL, nice answers Seriously though, like the first few guys said, it's not practical. If you got an S4 donor car that was smashed up somehow but the drivetrain was fine, and you got it for a grand or so, you might have a shot at doing the job yourself and being successful, but I'd bet it's gonna cost $8k or more in labor to pay for it to be done. If you don't get the donor car, plan on that much for parts too, in addition to labor. Just buy the S4 to start with.
