2.8 12V - passenger side timing cover
Can the timing cover on the passenger side (2.8l V6 - 12V) be removed without taking the serpentine belt tensioner out first?
Driver side always comes out without issue (2 snaps).
Passenger 2 snaps loose, cover loose, but (not using quite some force) coming off. Seems to be hanging at the low end.
Need advise, tip to get the darn thing off.
I don't want to take the whole front of the car off (to get the belt tensioner off to get the cover off).

No third clip.
Still can't figure out why it is not coming off.
To me it looks like it can't come off with the tensioner in place.
Can someone confirm that it is supposed to come off?
I may then 'analyze' further what the problem is.
