A 1.8t is more common to get to those numbers, but there are supercharged 30v's pushing out 250+.

ok so ill assume the 1.8 is easier to get to 13s, but which one is less costly for the mods to get it to these kind of times? and thanks for the link skythe, i have already checked that out though, and i think your actually right about no 13 second 2.8s, lolol

a pes kit for the 2.8 is about 4-5k and will get you 250-350 chp..... a 1.8t can get 250-350 from about 1500-4500ish..... you want a 10 second car then your looking at a built motor and a world of hurt on almost anyone

but a nice little search of this or any other audi forum would net the results you are looking for.... or even a google search

just look at youtube.... alot of those videos are posted by audi enthisiasts

Just get an APC muffler with titanium muffler bearings, Type R screws, an S4 waternator, and a Greddy "Kapoosh" valve. That's 9 seconds right there

u want me to get water injection, and a blowoff valve. well, water injection might give me a little power, but a bov is from what ive read, a no-no for audi's. type r screws, and muffler bearings.

lol don't worry, joe and airguard are trolls, we've been tryin to get rid of them for years.

You're probably going to want to go with a 1.8T. If you read that newbie guide from the second post, that'll pretty much explain why. I'd also make sure you pick up a 5spd manual. Upgrading the tip trans is a pain in the ***, whereas the 5spd with an upgraded clutch/LWFW will be good for upwards of 600HP+
