Default 2.8L 12v performance parts?

ok i looked in the sticky for mods and performance, and i see there are chips and SC and other crap for the 30v 2.8 and the 1.8t but i havent seen anything for the 12v... can someone post something or a link(s) that can direct me to performance parts... the only thing i know of is ebay short shifter and ebay intake lol

that sticky is accurate. unfortunately there is just next to nothing for that engine.

No real luck boosting performance on the 12v w/o spending lotsa cash.

That SC is 30v only - the sticky really is accurate. Nitrous or get out the creative part of your brain and make something yourself. That's the only options.

E-fan isn't a bad idea but I'm wondering about it's effectiveness. Mainly it was made for the 1.8T and I'm curious whether it's flow rate is sufficient for the larger V6 - there's a lot more metal there that gets heat-soaked. Now I haven't compared part numbers for the OEM fan in the 4 and 6 cylinder engines but if the fans are the sane then it should be fine. If they're different thena little research comparing flow rates for the E fan vs stock would be prudent. Freeing up a few hp at the expense of overheating in traffic isn't a risk I'd want to blindly take.
