ok so heres what im aiming for. i get paid thursday. going to order a dv or recirc bov (where i need your opinion on which i should get). then aug 1st-5th apr chip going in. then sept 1st order front suspension from s4. and somewhere in the mix pick this up

Better off getting a tune from a company that offers BT upgrade software like UNI, even tho I am not a big fan of there custom service in the least. And that turbo looks like a knock off to me. Who is the supposed brand? I hope you know you'll need A LOT more stuff to run it. Feel free to pm me for help with it all.

 

i know i need more work. the turbo isnt going in for awhile, but my buddys giving it to me for 150. couldnt pass it up. but i decided to get the chip on thursday because apr is having a sale for all 4 programs. so valve will wait till next check

 

You need a DV before you get your chip. You stock DV will blow out with all the extra boost. I run a recirc BOV with no problems, but you are honestly better off getting like a Forge 007 or something like that. You should also get a boost gauge as well.

 

And check to make sure that that turbo is legit...like look for stampings, marking, things like that. Wouldn't want a grenade, ya know?

 

i hear you. but i went ahead n got the chip for thursday. all 4 programs and install for 500. im going to keep it on the stock tune till i can get a dv or bov.

 

So forge makes a splitter dv/bov?? Is it worth it? Or just go with a 007 or lower dv?
