Default 2000 A4 giving P0300 and P1522 misfires

Hi all, I'm new to the forums. I have a 2000 A4 2.8 5v and I have the following codes:

P0300 = P0304, P0305, P0306
P1522

I have changed the coils and the spark plugs. I understand that this is a bank 2 misfire, but I really don't think that it is the ignition coil that is causing it. I think that it is the timing belt. How can I check to see if the belt jumped? If its loose then its pretty much bad? Also, Is there a guide to pull off that front cover for the T-belt? I suppose it is out of the question for a mortal man (not the dealer) to actually replace the T-belt and tension it / tension the chain without removing SIGNIFICANT engine parts.

Thanks in advance.

Steve
