2000 A4 third brake light replacement
Posted on the wrong section. I've moved it to the appropriate section.
To answer your question, those aren't LED's. They're just plain old regular bulbs (although they aren't the typical ones).
I haven't done this in a while so I could be wrong but I believe you'll need to unscrew the whole thing from underneath. I'm not too sure if I had to take off the whole back panel to reach it or I reached the screws from inside the trunk (I'm about 70% is the latter).
Anyway, you'll need to separate the top cover it self and housing. After they are separated, it should be pretty simple/to the point.
I hope someone who had done this more recently and/or still remember the process can chime in. Sorry I don't exactly remember.
