Anybody know the location of the ignition control module on a 98 a4 2.8 quattro ?

 

If it isn't located on the airbox, then it is located behind the ignition cylinder (where you put the key in to start the car). You are going to have to remove the steering wheel in order to get access to it.

Im not sure, but there is a chance that the ICM is located under the ignition coil pack in front of the engine. You could unscrew it to pick it up to see if its under it.

 

if u have a v6 its attatched to the coil pack
