Default 98 A4 Quattro Wagon 2.8L trouble starting after adding gas / codes

I would appreciate any input on this problem. Any time I add fuel, no matter the amount, the car will barely start. I have to turn it over several times and pump the gas pedal. Once started I have to keep it idling by keeping foot on gas. After about 25 secs or so the car will idle smoothly on its own. It will continue to run great and start with no problems until I add gas again.

Here are the trouble codes:
P0411, P0432, P0411, P0455, P1136, P1138

I realize the cause could be a number of things, but based on the combination of codes or your own past similar experience I hoped someone might be able to help narrow my troubleshooting options. Thanks for your help in advance!

Some of those faults point to an evap leak. Considering that, and you have symptoms after refueling, the valve in the gas cap is either sticking or you arent putting it on tight enough.

The other codes are lean codes and 02 sensor on passenger side which may point to a bad maf and lazy 02 sensor.

I would try a new gas cap first..it's cheap and it might solve one issue at least....then work on the O2 sensor.....

If it were the gas cap should I not be able to obtain the same results just by removing the gas cap and then putting it back on loosely? When I tried this it still started up no prob. Thanks for your help!
