Default 98 Audi a4 Quattro taking forever to start

Basically I bought some fuel additive that cleans the injectors an such (chevron techron) and shorty after that it started taking longer and longer to start, weather it is cold or hot outside. I have blown out the air filter. I think that when. I used it it loosened up crap in my tank and possible plugge my fuel filter but I'm not sure. It runs fine when I get it started. It's taking 5+ seconds to start now and before it started right up. Any help?

About once every week or two mine will rollover for about 5 seconds and not start. I let off and try again and it starts right up without any hesitation. I'd be interested in finding out what it is also.
