I only know a few off the top of my head...but I'm going to say right off the bat your car runs rough for sure....misfires, SAI pump codes, o2 Sensor codes, etc...you need to either google all the codes, or get a VAG COM and start somewhere...clear all your codes, then start your car back up, let it run for a few, then see which codes come back right away, and I would start there. A lot of your codes could be caused by other codes and failures...so, if you find a solution for one main code, it may clear up some others with it.

thanks man for the response,i know all the codes my scanner reads them and i have cleared them all and those all came back, i have replaced the sparkplugs the other day and i still have 3 cylinder misfires. im gona get a wireset but there so damn expensive.thanks buddy again

Since you know where your misfires are, just move the wires around to test if it follows with the wires first before buying a new set.
I would also start by unplugging the MAF sensor and see what happens. If it is working correctly, it should run even worse, or stall (mine did) or if there is NO change at all, the MAF is either really dirty or clogged and you can clean it up.
Look and see if you have any vaccum leaks, or just go buy some new vaccum hose, it's not very expensive and replace all the hoses on top. Look at your crank case breather hose tube, goes from one side of the valve cover to the other and see if it is broken or clogged...look at your air intake hoses, from the air filter over, if there's a leak in one of those, it will suck up fumes and make the MAF run badly....

Check all your fuses. Here's a link to a VW with a 1.8 with some of your same codes...

alrighty so i replaced the wires, did most of the vacuum hoses, the ones i didnt change i inspected and they seemed pretty good, no cracked hoses by the air cleaner and the maf is fine, the only codes i have left so far, only ran it for a couple minutes after i cleared the codes, are
p1435-Secondary air injection (AIR) pump relay - short to ground
p1421-Secondary air injection (AIR) valve/solenoid - short to ground
p1425-Evaporative emission (EVAP) canister purge valve - short to ground
p1472- EVAP emission control system LDP short to ground
would any of these be as simple as replacing a relay?
